Meals & Nutrition

How are the meals packaged?

Each meal is vacuum sealed in a 100% recyclable, microwave-safe food container and delivered in a recyclable corrugated box containing a special environmentally safe thermal liner. We also use dry ice to make sure your meals arrive in optimal condition.

How is the food delivered?

Your meals are packed in a box with insulation and dry ice to keep them fresh. Then they’re shipped to your doorstep via FedEx in record time, guaranteeing that your food will arrive in top condition.

Where can I find nutritional information for your meals?

You’ll find nutritional information on our website as well as the packaging.

Will the meals be scannable in MyFitnessPal?

While the meals will not be scannable we will do our best to ensure that all offerings from Eat To Perform Meals will be searchable in MFP

How many people does each meal feed?

Meals are packed for individual consumption. We also offer Bulk options, which typically have 4 servings per package.

Are there dairy free options?

Yes, we offer dairy free meals. You can use the menu filter and select “dairy free” to view options.

Are the meals frozen?

Meals are made fresh and quick-frozen using dry ice during shipment for optimal quality. Each meal will have an expiration date posted on the front which will dictate the time to consume or freeze. Meals may be frozen for up to 6 months.

Are the ingredients organic?

Many of our meals are made with 100% whole foods, however we recommend referencing each ingredient.

Will the macros for these foods work for Fat Loss?

Yes. We offer a variety of low calorie and low carb meal options.

Is there a separate menu for vegetarian food as well?

Yes. We offer a limited variety of vegetarian options. You can use the menu filter quickly to view vegetarian options.

Shipping & Delivery

How do I cancel a delivery?

Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours prior to shipping.

How do I know when my delivery is on the way?

An email update with your FedEx tracking number will be emailed to you the day your package leaves our facility.

How much does shipping cost?

For 12 meals the current shipping cost is $9.99. For 24 meals the price increases to $19.99.

Do I need to be home for my meals to be delivered?

Fedex will leave the package as signatures are not required. However, we do recommend making sure the area is safe from wildlife or possible theft as well as making sure the products enter refrigeration and/or the freezer on the same day as delivered.

My delivery hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

An email update with your Fedex tracking number will be emailed to you the day your package leaves our facility. You can track your package with the number provided.

How do I change my delivery address?

Please notify our Customer Support team at least 48 hours before shipping due date.

What delivery carriers do you use?

We deliver our meals in partnership with FedEx.

How is the food delivered?

Your meals are packed in a box with insulation and dry ice to keep them fresh. Then they’re shipped to your doorstep via FedEx in record time, guaranteeing that your food will arrive in top condition.

Will you ship to hotels?

Yes. Provided that the hotel is within the contiguous United States and the hotel has advised you that they will accept packages for guests.

*Please contact the hotel and confirm that they are willing and able to receive a package for you. You should also confirm the acceptance of packages containing dry ice (required for meals) and if you are required to check-in prior to package arrival (some hotels will not accept responsibility prior to check-in).

Where do you ship?

We ship via Fedex throughout the contiguous United States. At this time we are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico

What do I do if I have an issue with my order?

Our Customer Support Staff are here to help! Whether you have a product, order or delivery issue, reach out to us at meals@eattoperform.com within 48 hours of delivery. To help us help you, please be prepared to share details including photos or videos when possible.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by reaching out to our Eat To Perform Meals support team at meals@eattoperform.com.

Do you require a subscription to order?

No, we don’t require you to have a subscription. If you choose to subscribe, you’ll receive a 5% discount for the duration of your subscription.

Is there a minimum meal order?

Yes. We require a minimum order of 12 meals. This ensures your meals are packed snug and not affected during transit.

Will I be "locked in" to a certain number of meals/week (or month) and what about vacations?

No, you aren’t locked into a certain number of weeks. You don’t need a subscription to order from Eat To Perform Meals, however if you have a subscription, you can adjust your delivery date to fit your schedule.
